Ben has been tasked with extending AppsFlyer’s global market leadership into the DACH region by setting up the Berlin office in early 2016. He has been in mobile ad tech since joining Fyber in 2011, where he was part of their initial mobile task force. He then headed up customer development and growth of Fyber’s advertisers in EMEA. Ben studied Business & Management at the University of Manchester’s Business School.

Dave Bell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gummicube. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the business strategy for the company, driving growth and market development.

After 4.5 years leading mobile growth at SoundCloud Andy now helps companies build mobile growth strategies as a co-founder at Phiture, a Berlin-based mobile growth consultancy.
Andy started his career as a mobile game developer, having spent his childhood developing games for home computer systems. He developed his first mobile title, a side-scrolling shoot-em-up arcade game called ‘Space Impact’, at Nokia in the UK back in 1999.
After developing mobile games for many years Andy headed to business school where he earned an MBA, specializing in marketing. In 2012 he joined SoundCloud in Berlin. Andy led a cross-functional, data-driven growth team at SoundCloud and published the Mobile Growth Stack, a strategic framework for growth.

With more than 13 years of working experience in different multinational organizations such as the UN, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Zalando, Nielsen and GFK, George has successfully conceptualized, developed and led marketing & sales initiatives. During his time at Zalando he was involved in ASO projects for several of the company’s apps, leading to significant visibility, conversion rate and installs growth on Google Play/App Store. At Coca-Cola George was running category management projects for the Russian subsidiary, leading to sales growth in modern trade. Dr Florian Plenge is the Co-Founder and CEO of Berlin-based startup Skoove, a piano-learning platform that analyses, through a computer’s microphone, whether music students are hitting the right notes. Since its launch in November 2015, Skoove (a product of Microsoft Ventures Berlin accelerator) has provided over 200,000 lessons to consumers learning piano, from beginners to players with existing experience, in 187 countries.
With over 10 years of experience in the music industry, including multiple roles at Native Instruments (a leading manufacturer of software and hardware for music production and DJing), Florian co-founded Skoove with his colleague Stephan Schulz in 2014. Rory has a Degree in Business and Marketing from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Stefanie is the Mobile Marketing Manager at FlixBus, a mobility provider offering a sustainable and comfortable way to travel. Over 100 million people have traveled with FlixBus, 40 million in 2017 alone.
Prior to joining FlixBus Stefanie held marketing roles at DeutschlandCard and BMW.
Raul’s mobile marketing career began in 2014 at pizza.de, the market leader at that time for online food delivery in Germany. He was responsible for product marketing and development of the Android and iOS apps. When pizza.de was acquired by Delivery Hero Raul relocated to Berlin and held roles in mobile app tracking, analytics and data warehousing. He was responsible for setting and rolling out standards and best practices across all Delivery Hero ventures at a global scale.
Raul co-founded Customlytics in early 2016 with former Delivery Hero colleague Christian Eckhardt, where he is now concerned with everything related to app marketing from a technical perspective.
Stuart is an Integrated Designer with a Master of Arts, 5 years’ agency experience and several design awards under his belt. He’s design lead at the Berlin-based mobile growth consultancy Phiture and is helping Phiture’s clients to craft their visual.
