1. What’s your involvement in the world of app promotion?

I am founder of dimoso, an integrated PR & Marketing agency that has a specialist app marketing division. I’m also co-founder of appromoter – a low cost resource for developers to access marketing resources for their apps.

2. What is the biggest mobile app marketing challenge right now?

Acquiring quality users and driving long-tail revenues. I also think that there are just too many terrible apps out there and some developers need to really think before they invest precious time and resources.

3. What  companies or tools do you like working with or respect in the mobile app promotion space? 

I am a big fan of Flurry for their free analytics and insight driven ad network. M&C Saatchi Mobile are also the masters of global media buying for mobile and acquiring customers cost effectively.

4. What are you looking forward to about The App Promotion Summit?

Find out new approaches to marketing apps as well as meeting new people.

5. What mobile devices do you use?

I’m still very happy with my iPhone 4S and I also use an iPad 2. Until they stop running games or getting creaky then I’ll stick with them!
