John is responsible for mobile at Dubsmash, the fast-growing video messaging app with over 170 million users in more than 100 countries.
Prior to joining Dubsmash John held senior roles at McKinsey & Company, Rocket Wagon, popAD and Groupon.
Adeline Lee is the Director of Product at Clue, one of the world’s most popular female health apps. With 10 years of experience in telecommunications and tech, she currently focuses on both marketing (ASO, localization and digital marketing) and product (definition, conceptualization, implementation and messaging strategy).
Adeline previously worked as the Director of Global Partnerships for Telenor Group based out of Bangkok, leading social media partnerships with companies such as Facebook, Twitter and Wikipedia.
As Commercial Director for Mobile at Criteo, Steven is responsible for mobile app strategy and commercial execution. He joined Criteo via the acquisition of AD-X Tracking where he previously held the position of Global Business Development Director.
Steven has dealt first hand with many of the world’s leading app developers across different verticals, understanding the complexities and challenges faced in the world of mobile acquisition, retention, attribution and analytics. He has over 9 years’ experience working in digital and was with the Independent and Struq before joining AD-X & Criteo.
Filippo joined Delivery Hero, the world’s largest network of online food ordering sites, earlier this year as their VP of Performance Marketing.
Prior to Delivery Hero Filippo was the Marketing Director EMEA for Lynda.com (acquired by LinkedIn in April 2015 for $1.5 billion) where he was responsible for acquisition, engagement and reactivation marketing programs.
Earlier in his career he headed the product team at Intela (acquired by XL Marketing) and worked on web and mobile properties that were marketed to international brands on a performance basis. At Research Now, Filippo managed an international team focussed on acquisition marketing, lead generation and early-stage retention, delivering digital campaigns across 36 countries and 4 continents.
Ekaterina is responsible for App Store & Search Engine Optimization, Mobile SEO and app indexing at Rocket Internet.
Robert recently joined Mobvista as their Business Development Director for Europe.
Previously, he held senior roles at Appreciate, S4M, PapayaMobile/AppFlood and Mojiva.
Maxim co-founded MATH 42 at the age of 14 to create an app that automates private math tutoring (5th-12th grade students), making it affordable and accessible to children worldwide. MATH 42’s technologies are provided as services to publishers.
MATH 42 now helps over 2,300,000 students across the world!
Maxim studied mathematics, economics and philosophy at the TU Berlin, participated in several national chess championships and took part in the math and in the chemistry olympiad. Maxim is fluent in German, French and English.
Tamara is in charge of app marketing at Stylight, Europe’s leading destination for shoppable inspiration.
Before joining Stylight Tamara was responsible for mobile marketing at kaufDA, a leading German site for local search.
Julian is the General Manager of EMEA for Singular, the only unified marketing analytics platform that delivers attribution, cost aggregation, creative reporting and workflow automation all in a single application, giving marketers access to unparalleled data granularity. In this role, Julian is responsible for leading Singular’s EMEA strategy.
Julian is a seasoned expert in marketing technology, previously responsible for scaling TUNE’s European team as the Director of Business Development Europe.
Andre Kempe is the Performance Marketing Lead at Fleek. He previously worked at LOVOO and Trademob. Andre enjoys wine, Tough Mudder and beards.
Elena joined Cheetah Mobile as Senior Director of Sales in the beginning of 2016, focusing on branding and video advertisement in EMEA and Russia. Cheetah Mobile is the the 3rd biggest mobile app developer worldwide with 635 MM MAUs and over 3 billion installations. The company develops popular apps such as Live.me, News Republic and Clean Master, and offers video advertisements on partner social video app musical.ly.
Elena was co-founder of Harrenmedia and set up its Berlin operations. She was also one of the founders of the Mail.ru office in Hamburg in 2008 and held several senior roles at glispa, where she established gaming and full-circle agency services business units.
She is a passionate, curious and ambitious entrepreneur with a strong track record of success in the mobile industry.
Benjamin is a Co-Founder of Growfirst and is responsible for general brand management, including social media marketing, content marketing and public relations.
Growfirst is a young startup from Munich specializing in data driven app marketing with a mission to help app publishers acquire, analyze and retarget valuable users. The company’s portfolio includes workshops and consulting/implementation services with a strong focus on organic growth strategies such as App Store Optimization, app indexing and lifecycle marketing.
Prior to founding Growfirst, Benjamin worked for the app marketing department of an app development agency based in Munich.
Mario is VP of Growth at Runtastic, an innovative ecosystem of apps, hardware products and online services that tracks and manages health as well as fitness data. With 140 million downloads and 65 million registered users, Runtastic is a recognized leader in fitness app development.
Mario is a results-driven leader, strategic thinker and sportsman with an interdisciplinary background in economics, psychology & programming. Sustainable growth is his personal goal and he applies this to his private life, career and sports alike.
Mario is also a member of startup300, an accelerator for Austrian startups.
Clara enjoys building strategic relationships with leading companies in the mobile space. As Director of Sales DACH at AppsFlyer, she is focusing on expanding AppsFlyer’s footprint in the DACH region and helping app marketers understand where they spend their most effective marketing dollar.
Clara previously lead the business developments efforts at Fyber and Fuse Powered in San Francisco where she was responsible for driving adoption of new ad technologies in North America.
With 12 years of experience as a marketing specialist and a 6-year stint at various start-ups, Thomas is a passionate practitioner of ASO experiments.
He is a part of the growth team at 8fit, a Top 25 grossing app for health & fitness with over one million users.
Andrew French is AdColony’s GM of EMEA based out of London, England where he leads AdColony’s growing global business by providing support and strategic account management for top publishers and advertisers in the region.
Prior to joining AdColony, Andrew was VP Client Services on the media team at Somo, one of the largest independent mobile solutions companies in the world, where he was responsible for all media revenue. Andrew was Somo’s second ever employee and built out the company’s international client list as head of sales, growing the business from zero to over forty clients including Audi, Burberry, Groupon, Zynga and Dominos Pizza in their first two years. While at Somo he also set up the Global Trading division to ensure clients received world-class performance from their media campaigns, working with over 250 partners to ensure the right media was selected for the right campaigns, all delivered using best-in-class tools and technology.
Prior to Somo, Andrew was with mobile marketing company AdIQ where he helped brands take their first steps into mobile, building sites, SMS campaigns and some of the first ever apps across all sectors for clients such as Sony Ericsson, The Army, LG and Barclays.
Andrew is a frequent speaker at mobile industry events such as Mobile World Congress, Cross Media, ICE, AdWeek and more.
Kristina has more than 20 years of experience in the mobile industry within Telekom AG and T-Mobile International. She has been working in app marketing and app partnerships for over 5 years.
Ravi Kamran is the CEO and founder of Trademob, one of the worldwide leading DSPs for mobile app advertising. He studied business administration at the WHU Vallendar, in Mexico and in the US. Afterwards he successfully launched a gaming advertising business together with the Samwer brothers as investors.
Due to his fascination for technology, he then dedicated his time to exploring the technological developments in the mobile marketing space. He decided to combine his two interests by founding Trademob.
Ravi is deeply connected in the mobile app advertising community. As an expert for mobile app advertising, he has spoken at key industry events and is frequently asked by the media to contribute expert interviews.
Denys has spent the last 9 years transforming Readdle from a “garage start-up” into a leading software company that creates the best productivity apps on the Apple platform. With 50 million organic downloads, millions of daily users, numerous industry awards and much love from the community, Readdle aims to solve much bigger problems in tech such as personal assistants and collaborative email management.
The current Readdle portfolio includes Spark, Scanner Pro, PDF Expert, Documents, Calendars 5 and Printer Pro.
Denys has been successfully leading marketing activities and business development at Readdle from day one.
Tomas is Growth Marketer at Founders Factory, helping portfolio companies find product/market fit and unlock sustainable growth.
Previously, Tomas co-founded interests.me, an angel-backed startup. Later he served as Head of Growth at KFit, a pan-Asian startup backed by Sequoia Capital and 500 Startups. His last role prior to joining Founders Factory was leading global expansion and user acquisition efforts at Wunder, a VC-backed carpooling startup from Hamburg.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Tomas enjoys learning languages and playing football.
Marina is in charge of Growth at Mimi Hearing Technologies, an mHealth company with the mission to develop smartphone based tools for people around the world to hear better.
She has 9 years of international marketing experience, ranging from large corporations to agencies and startups. Prior to Mimi Marina was responsible for international user growth strategy at FAMILO, Europe’s most popular location messenger app.
James is responsible for the delivery of appScatter’s flagship technology – the distribution, performance, tracking and intelligence platform.
Prior to appScatter James worked in the mobile gaming industry delivering global technology solutions for international brands.
Moritz helps companies with apps grow with his consultancy firm Phiture. Previously, he founded and sold two online gaming companies and was in the growth team at SoundCloud for 2 years. With Phiture, he works with a range of clients such as HERE Maps, Opera, Clue and OneFootball on growth related topics.
Moritz holds a bachelors degree in Dutch Law from the University of Leiden and an LL.M. Eur. in Intellectual Property from the Ludwig-Maximillian-Universität of Munich.
Lior is a Marketing Analyst Manager at Zalando, where he is transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights.
Prior to Zalando Lior held marketing roles at LOVOO and Nielsen.
Dennis is responsible for mobile acquisition at Wunder, with a strong focus on Facebook. Wunder is the most convenient way to share the everyday commute through carpooling. The company is mainly focused on emerging markets like Manila, Philippines.
Before joining the online marketing team at Wunder, Dennis studied the point of sales in his cofounded B2B startup. Furthermore, he engaged users for Airbnb through different community and brand projects.
Femke is the Head of Mobile & App Marketing at ABOUT YOU, an ambitious and fast growing eCommerce retailer for fashion, shoes and more. ABOUT YOU was founded in May 2014 and is based in Hamburg.
Prior to joining ABOUT YOU Femke was Head of Mobile Marketing for fashion app LYKE.
Peter is continually challenging the status quo, as he believes that things can always be done better. He has a big passion for mobile marketing and a strong entrepreneurial approach.
His specialties include mobile marketing, product marketing, user acquisition, App Store Optimization and mobile strategy.
Peter regularly publishes on his blog (http://blog.appagent.co) and at industry portals such as PocketGamer.biz, gamesindustry.biz and Business of Apps.
Florian is Head of Design at N26, the first bank account in Europe that you can manage entirely on your smartphone.
Prior to N26 Florian held senior design and UX roles at Adidas and arsmedium group.
Sis started her online career at the heart of the ad networks jungle in Israel at DMG. She quickly gained hands-on knowledge about the online and mobile gaming industry, specifically the special connection between German gaming publishers and Israeli ad networks.
Following her move to Berlin to ad2games (Hitfox Group), she established a networks department and promoted free-to-play titles with partners from across the globe.
In July 2014 Sis opened the Berlin office of Avazu, a Shanghai-based, cross-platform advertising network, and is helping app developers to reach their audience on a large scale.
Jared is the Video & Storytelling Manager at Wunder; his main responsibility is to create video content for the online acquisition channels. Wunder is an application that helps people’s daily commute through carpooling. Wunder is aimed at emerging markets and is currently providing a solution to the serious traffic problem in Manila, Philippines.
Before joining Wunder Jared worked as a freelance filmmaker across commercial and artistic projects. Furthermore, he has directed commercial video projects for the likes of Volkswagen, Sony Music and AllSaints in both the USA and his native Australia.
Ewa is a business development manager with over 5 years experience in the field of strategic management and marketing at an international level. She has worked on diverse strategic and optimisation projects for various companies in the internet industry (including Zalando) and is now based in Berlin where she supports C-Level management of HolidayPirates.
Ewa has a special interest in advancing technologies within the internet industry and believes if life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.
Ross is Head of EMEA Mobile for Twitter. Based at Twitter’s European HQ in Dublin, Ross founded, leads and manages Twitter’s first dedicated ‘EMEA Mobile Team’ and is responsible for Twitter’s go-to market mobile strategy in EMEA.
The EMEA Mobile Team works across 12 countries specialising in apps and working with some of the world’s largest mobile brands and app marketers across Twitter’s mobile solutions.
Vanessa Estorach is the founder of mobile marketing agency e-growing. She is an entrepreneur and tech lover, always looking on the marketing side of IT.
Building on many years of experience in marketing and digital strategy, Vanessa is now specialising in mobile acquisition, mobile retention and app growth hacking.
Vanessa also co-founded the Women in Mobile initiative in order to create a networking space where the best and brightest international women in mobile can meet and exchange ideas on how to shape the future of mobile apps.
Anders joined Priori Data from Google, where – apart from exploiting free Coke and dental care – he worked for 2.5 years with a portfolio of leading Scandinavian retail and tech clients.
Anders holds a degree in Performance Design & Business Studies from the Roskilde University and the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
Gessica is a computer scientist in love with marketing. She currently leads the performance marketing team at Blinkist, a mobile learning startup that offers key insights from non-fiction books.
She has been working in digital for 6+ years at startups, agencies and big companies, combining her analytical skills and IT background with her passion for marketing.
Armend is the co-founder and CMO of influencer marketing platform Sponsokit, a Techstars startup backed by Virgin Media.
He’s a data nerd who believes transparency of analytics and optimisation opportunities is the key to making an influencer marketing channel a real option for companies.
Before helping to rethink the influencer marketing process at Sponsokit, Armend built the marketing business intelligence of Europe’s leading online optician, Mister Spex.
As Global Head of Organic Acquisition at DOCOMO Digital, Charo is solely responsible for App Store Optimization, SEO & digital analytics.
She manages the inbound marketing strategy, design and implementation for all Buongiorno and Thumbspire native apps and web apps in 26 countries worldwide.
Charo has also acted as an ASO & SEO mentor for the start-ups Little Smart Planet and Madaísh as part of the IMPACT and b-ventures acceleration programs in 2016 and 2015.
Johannes is a Co-Founder of Growfirst and acts as the company’s key accounts and project manager. He coordinates projects, holds workshops and does most of the concept work.

After 4.5 years leading mobile growth at SoundCloud Andy now helps companies build mobile growth strategies as a co-founder at Phiture, a Berlin-based mobile growth consultancy.
Andy started his career as a mobile game developer, having spent his childhood developing games for home computer systems. He developed his first mobile title, a side-scrolling shoot-em-up arcade game called ‘Space Impact’, at Nokia in the UK back in 1999.
After developing mobile games for many years Andy headed to business school where he earned an MBA, specializing in marketing. In 2012 he joined SoundCloud in Berlin. Andy led a cross-functional, data-driven growth team at SoundCloud and published the Mobile Growth Stack, a strategic framework for growth.
Richard Buettner is the founder of App Marketing Agentur and has worked in app marketing ever since the beginning of the market back in 2009. He has run countless campaigns focusing on performance-based user generation and effective app monetisation.
Richard previously worked in senior positions for Microsoft, Yahoo, Microsoft and IBM as well as fostering innovative mobile start-ups in the London tech scene.
